Our Story

Started on High St in 1999. 

BUILT IN A BASEMENT G.A.y was the

premier gay and lesbian space for a number of years.

with a mild 20 year break we came back with a new focus. now located on the infamous Karangahape Road we cater for the entire LGBTqia+ whanau, cultivate some of the hottest new d.j's, diverse and Fierce drag performances immaculately hosted by some of Tamaki MAkaurau most Iconic artists.
